สำนักงานเลขาธิการ THAICID ได้เข้าร่วมกับกรมทรัพยากรน้ำจัดงาน โครงการ “ปีสากลแห่งความร่วมมือด้านน้ำ” เนื่องในสัปดาห์อนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งชาติและวันน้ำโลก เมื่อวันที่ 22 มีนาคมวันน้ำโลก 2013 ณ อาคารคอนเวนชั่นเซ็นเตอร์ อิมแพค เมืองทองธานี จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยรูปแบบการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของ THAICID คือ ออกบูธนิทรรศการนำเสนอโปสเตอร์ เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารของ THAICID ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาดังนี้

1. องค์กร ICID และ THAICID คืออะไร, วัตถุประสงค์และกิจกรรมในระดับชาติและระดับนานาชาติที่ผ่านมา, กิจกรรม THAICID ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
2. เหลียวหลังแลหน้า กิจกรรม THAICID มุ่งพัฒนาการชลประทาน
3. THAICID & AEC Cooperation 2013
4. ประเทศสมาชิกของ ICID 110 ประเทศ
5. กิจกรรมของ THAICID ที่จะเกิดในอนาคต

ในงานดังกล่าว นายเลิศวิโรจน์ โกวัฒนะ อธิบดีกรมชลประทาน ในฐานะประธาน THAICID พร้อมด้วย ดร.สมเกียรติ ประจำวงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริหารโครงการ ในฐานะเลขาธิการ THAICID และเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานเลขาธิการ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ นายปรีชา เร่งสมบูรณ์สุข รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม และแขกจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ จำนวนมากสนใจเยี่ยมชมบูธนิทรรศการของ THAICID ซึ่ง THAICID ได้จัดเตรียมของที่ระลึกและซีดีอภิธานศัพท์ของ THAICID มอบให้กับผู้สนใจทั่วไป
